I am using VISTA 64 with 12GB RAM and had the same issues. I sent a note to E-Book Systems Customer support and got the following reply within hours. It worked for me (at least so far.)

For computers with more than 4GB RAM, we recommend that you reduce the use of physical memory such that only up to 2GB RAM is used. Detailed steps as
follows:

1. Launch FlipAlbum
2. Click on Options -> Set Preferences menu 3. Click on Memory Management Tab 4. Under Image Buffering, click on Custom Setting, and select 15% since your Computer RAM is 12GB. You may adjust the percentage accordingly, and see if it

eliminates the "not enough image resources" messages.
